Many today want an experience of one kind of another when they visit an entertainment establishment or restaurant. Typically they have a budget and an expectation for that experience and perhaps even limited time–a Friday or Saturday night only. With a pinching economy they would prefer to not look back at that experience with regret but with fond memories that satisfied what they were looking for when they searched for it and ultimately chose it. Google reviews are essential because they are the words of others looking for the same thing and who went before them to “test it” and then write about their experiences, not a website that’s filtered out negative reviews. I love being someone who protects someone else’s good time with the truth of my own experience through objective criticism or praise of a service or product and my interaction with it. If I’m honest and factual than someone else has the chance to have an enhanced perspective and make a better choice based on Google Reviews.
Hi @RossDKennedy ,
I have just released your post from the Spam Filters. I would like to apologize for your post being marked as spam. Our filters run 24/7 and they can be a little harsh at times.
You can visit this article to learn more - Why was my Connect post marked as spam?.
You may be new to Connect or writing to share a post for your Connect Live application. If you’re applying to Connect Live be sure to share a link to a new Connect post responding to this year’s application prompt. You can find everything you need to know about writing a post for Connect Live 2019 here.
Thank you for letting me know. I didn’t realize it had been marked as spam. It probably would have negatively effected my hopes of being considered for the Local Guides convention in November if you hadn’t found that and released it. Thanks
