As a journalism student, I like to go around experience a different adventure.
The first main reason is I like to take pictures. Before I met Google local guide, some reviews and pictures are not in good organized. I seldom forget where I have been to and hard to find. The Google Map can pin where you have been to and where you want to go. I found a good way to manage my picture, just like writing a diary.
The second reason is trying to persist to do one thing. To reach Local guide Level 5 in the first three months as a goal, I have to pay attention to any single detail information of the place. I bring paper and pen with me to record them down. To be honest, I start concerning about everyone everything everyplace around me.
The third reason is that journalism student traces the truth.
I try my best to provide detail information like the cost, the feeling of someplace, the advised transportation method, and beautiful pictures in local guide community. On the other hand, I like to verify some information on comments, wondering what makes it really famous or why does it really bad.
Local Guide program not only records my path but also shares reviews to potential visitors. Up to now, there are twenty thousand viewed my pictures, which really impressed me and feel really meaningful. I have never been a part of something so famous before.
I would like to thank to my persistence, journalism literacy, and to my friends for waiting me gathering the information and taking pictures. Local Guide is a wonderful community for me to know more about my hometown, make foreigners interest in Taipei/Taiwanese culture and also come for a trip.
