I joined Google Maps approx two and half years ago, when I was searching a place on Google map and I scrolled the homepage of Google map where I found many options there and I checked those options one by one and at that time I get to know about your contribution function that function worked for me and I started contributing in Google Map it was really interesting for me as I’m always curious about online/satellite view of my favourite locations on internet. I started reviewing my favourite places which were already added on Google Map one of which is Glocal University which is located on my favourite route for cycling I went there for cycling whenever I have time, I added few pictures of that place and also our pictures when we went there for cycling and I got many views of my review this location is situated on a lovely nature view location in my district and I also want to mention one another my favourite location hathni kund Barrage where I and my youngest brother mostly goes whenever we have time for a long ride I also added few stunning pictures of that place on Google Map and If I discuss about how Google Map is connected to my profession and my passion - I am working in state health department of our state in India where whenever I went somewhere for office work I always not down some important places and I check that if those places are already added on Google map or not if not added on map I do add those places on map. together this I also like to do correction on already added places and I also like to do review places which I like most and which are important and I feel motivated whenever I got mail that views on my reviews hitted new Heights and regarding that I got a mail in current month that views on my reviews reached a new height that is more than a big number of 50,000.
If I discuss special about my passion I am a professional and national level cyclist and passionate marathon runner and aspirant ultra runner and for that I mostly went to new places and I goes for long rides and long runs and while pursuing my passion I visualise new places and always I notice those places and try to add most of those places on Google map and further in future I am willing and planning to attend few National and international level events of cycling and running where I will explore new places worldwide and will surely try to add most of them places and I am also planning to attend two world class events one of which is Iron Man for which I am planning to go abroad and explore new beautiful places Regarding that I am planning to add more details about those places on Google Map. if I discuss about the reviews, correction and new places added by me on Google Map, that this work which I did in past helped many and many people and I know that this is a job where I will not get any money for that but I am doing this as a hobby not anything else than that I like to do more and more contribution on Google map and help more and more people by doing this work and this work gives me extreme satisfaction. I’m willing to achieve more and more levels on Google Map. In past I thought to become my city’s number one local guide but now I’m happy to say that I’m willing to be India’s number 1 and a world class local guide and further I like to be more and more aware about information technology where Google Map is a world-class source of information providing online information regarding routes and places worldwide which helps millions and millions people on daily basis worldwide.
Whenever I’m going for a long rides I covers like as a distance of 200 and above more distance in kilometres and where I reach new places while riding I try to go always towards new roads and new routes for training and whenever I reach new places and popular places I tries to add those places on Google Map which were not added on Google Map in past.
I like to add new and good quality pictures of places which I likes and I tries to cover all aspects of the fields which are given on Google map where we need to contribute all things, I added a lot of pictures on Google Map and I am willing to add more and more good quality pictures of new places where I’m willing to go in future.
I always like to work in a team that is called teamwork and regarding and in Google map Local guide programme I will try to work as a team which consists of all Google Map local guides worldwide working and regarding that I’m planning for a big dream Where we all Google map local guides will work together and discuss about new issues and new targets, new innovations and new things which will give us new idea of life and which will make our job more helpful to people worldwide.
