What does the program mean to me?
For me, first of all, this is a company of like-minded people. People who reveal the truth about this or that place. People who open the world to the same people of the same mind as themselves.
We all understand that we cannot know a country or city by visiting it for the first time. It takes months and sometimes years to find out the places that convey the mood of the city and the color of the city. You can’t just say: “I was there, and I have nothing more to watch there.” Only a person who lives in this country or city can tell all its hidden sides, spirit, mood, color.
And this is exactly what the local guides program allows us to do. We can find places that only locals knew about before, we can learn from the experience of locals visiting a place, city, country. We can understand how to make it so that we can feel and understand the place, how the locals feel and understand it. We can feel what would previously require to live in this place, city, country for a while.
And all this thanks to the experience that can be transmitted through the program of local guides. In exchange for the experience that I gain when I travel to other countries, I transfer experience about my hometown and the places where I visit.
For me, the program gives me the opportunity to see more, feel more and the opportunity to pass on my experience to those who need it.
