In the era of Technology, we are dependent on “Social Media” to stay connected with friends and make new friends, we are dependent on Various “Food Delivery App” for our meal. Same for travelling we are dependent on Google maps, it help us escape those boresome work and allows us to take a virtual tour around the world. When we physically can’t be there, we can mentally be there through google map.
We stayed at one place, google moved us. Without even taking a step further, google took us to our destination.
Sometimes I sit back and spend hours exploring different parts of world. It gives me an idea, how that place is like. When a person visits a new city or town, He doesn’t have idea as to where can he spent his time or where he can get the best food around or where he should stay. I as a local guide contribute a little by posting pictures and reviews to make their stay memorable.
A small review or a single picture can make a great impact. Like a while ago I posted a picture of food provided at a particular cafe, after sometime I came to know that demand for that item increased drastically and now, it’s in their best seller.
So through the google local guide program, I would like to revert back information and experiences to my fellow global friends because they have helped me experience and explore their culture, food and the places through their contribution.
