What does the Local Guides program mean to you?

It means a lot for me because whenever I m looking for a bus station, railways or a flight I always look for comments, feedback and ratings from other local guide. It gives me exact idea about how good a restaurant is or how bad any facility is.

I am traveling a lot for business so every time I go to a new town it is very very helpful, time saving and sometimes a life saving too if I have to find a hospital near me. so I realize that what I am getting form this program I should return it too. That’s why I am also sharing my experiences on Local Guide program.

this community is bringing people around the world to-gather. it gives me feeling that we are one, no race, no religion no cast. we are one.

  1. While casually writing reviews on GoogleMaps, I was struck with a pleasant surprise when I was called at Google office, Gurugram to be a part of feedback session along with other Local Guides. It was a great community building activity.
  2. I have been a part of 5 Food Crawl & Photo Walk along with other Local Guides which helped me to be more responsible while writing my reviews
  3. I keep on asking question or answering on Google Local Guide Connect platform to assist those in need,

I feel Local Guide is a great platform to share your knowledge by reviewing & adding pictures which may help the person in need.
