I discovered the Local guides program over a year ago by writing a google review on a local spa that I visited for the first time.
I really enjoyed my visit there, and uploaded a lot of pictures of the beautiful spa on google maps. I clicked on local guide program and tapped “yes”, that decision then changed my life. I started enjoying writing reviews and uploading photos, and as a result, I started getting notifications saying that I got over thousands of views on my photos and many likes on my reviews, which makes me happy that I can help other people in the local community.
Together with google maps and Local Guides, they are perfect combination to help contribute tons of useful information to people all over the world.
