What does the Local Guides program mean to you? The possibility to connect frontiers

Since a young age I discovered my passion to writing, I passed through different ways to express my words, I started with short texts then to stories that led to poems, letters, scriptsand now I found reviews. Reviews are a very interesting branch of writing, because besides generating a literature sensation, also are useful to give advice and recommendations. That way I came across to Local Guide program and it was a very wonderful discovery that I was not aware off.

Through Local Guide I can share my experience of exploring diverse and different places of my country, sharing the culture, customs and likes of it. I am passionate of the fact that although my experiences are not reach by a lot of people, I am helping others to find the information that they are looking for and make count the places that I visit.

Other amazing thing about the reviews is the possibility to include small and unknown businesses, the fact that these are far from the city don’t make them less important, these places have a special and native essence. Local Guide becomes the responsible of including and connect frontiers that are not easy to reach, where the languages are mix, the cultures coexist and new friends are found.

Local Guide helps us to know the rest of the world, walk trough unexplored streets, learn new things, appreciate the history, art, music, the landscapes and always join by the gastronomy, festivity gatherings and great company.

It allow us to write about whatever we want, and even if the place is not register, we can be the ones who give it the first encounter with Local Guide, also help us to enrich our writing, by reading colleagues, compare opinions and improve ours. Watching how the local community is growing and growing and giving us all the tools that are necessary to do it, like videos, images also maps and emails.

Knowing that altogether are contributing our grain of sand in this community, gives me passion and excitement to know the world and, obviously, share every word in Local Guide.
