Local guides program is a unique way of letting others know of cool places to hang out or groovy restaurants to dine out and best places to visit.
Being a local guide, I enjoy dedicating some of my time on writing reviews on google map of places, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and almost most of the places I have visited.
Most importantly, one of the worst experience I had with my family was, when I visited a hotel in Turkey, the hotel was in such a bad condition, with broken plug points, unclean bathroom, dirty bed linen, and the list can go on and on, although they charged us lot of money for the room. So being a local guide, i was able to help others through my local guide review as to what i think about the hotel and the number of stars i would give, I also believe it helped that hotel too, as to what their guests think of the hotel and where to improve.
Through my reviews, I receive likes from google users who read my reviews, which makes me happy when i see that my reviews have helped someone, i do receive responses from the owners of businesses too. Most importantly it also helps the businesses as to where they need to improve and how I’m as their customer feel about their services.
Therefore for me, personally local guides program is a great way of helping people and businesses
locally and in overseas.
