As a child that grew up behind the iron curtain of USSR traveling has always been a passion. First it was going to dacha with my parents, because that was basically the only place that that you could travel in USSR, than once I drew up it was small trips in Latvia, Europe. Later I studied in UK, even before I discovered (not even sure it was around then) local guides program. As gay-male coming from very homophobic post soviet society traveling is not always easy. And as a person that lived without all the possible advancements and with all the possible disadvantages I want to help people. Each review I make, each and every photo that I upload, each answer I give is some small help for people. I want to help people travel, I want to help connect local places with new customers, with new visitors, I want to open horizons for people for new places and activities. I want so that people can live in connected and equal world. If my small contribution helps even one person, if it helps bring even one smile to a small child somewhere in the world, than I can say that I have made world a better place and I achieved something.
