The Local Guides program gives me a feeling of belonging to a larger family which is the other local guides. It allows me the opportunity to express myself unlimitedly unlike other mediums. The programs takes me to different places where I meet different people from all walks of life and we interact. This on its own has made me a better and different person than I was, I am more outgoing and more free than before. The Local Guides Program, has helped me become more aware of my surroundings and discover great new places and experiences, and share them with the world. The thought of helping others and also helping the world gives me a true sense of purpose in life. Daily I wake up with a goal of going further. The daily life stresses are reduced because daily i wake up looking forward to a new day and a new challenge.
