I am a very complicated person, I am always in a bad mood and nothing pleases me. But there are two things that I can enjoy without complaining: the first is being with my boyfriend, no matter where, and the second is the food. This last one is one of my biggest passions, especially eating, and I can actually eat whatever, of course there are things I don’t like.
One of my short-term goals is to study gastronomy, and in the long term to travel to another country and work somewhere in international cuisine. This passion comes from my mother who cooks quite well and has many recipes, easily to publish a cookbook. Also, I like pastry-making. I’m not an expert cook but the last dishes I have cooked have been very delicious.
Now, the local guides program has helped me express and share with the people of my country what I like to do the most, which is to try food and drinks from different places in the city. I also like to help others to make a good decision about what places to visit and what food to try. I haven’t visited many places, I still have enough to know.
From quesadilla stalls, gorditas de chicharrón, taco and beer places, restaurants and even bars and clubs. Many things can be said about the culture of my country, but what I consider most important is its wide gastronomy, very rich in wonderful stews. My fantasy is to open a pastry shop for people to try my desserts. now I sell some of them in my work, very requested by the way, but of course it starts with something.
The third thing I like to do is discover new places, of course always with my boyfriend Luis Alberto. The truth is that I have never left the country but I hope I can do it one day. Another thing I have done for Local Guides is to share my experiences with my couple, and at the same time an opinion about the places we have visited, so people can see which places are better to have a good time, I also help establishments to get good scores.
What I love most about being with Luis is that every time we have the opportunity to go out, we do different things, he is very funny and he does not like to stay home just watching TV, so we go to some fun park, to eat at a restaurant, ice skating, strolling through the neighborhood, or to the cinema to see a movie. once in a while we go out to a club, alone or with friends, to dance and sing for a while, of course everything with measure.
My biggest dream is to travel around the world, visit other countries, learn about different cultures and especially dishes, and share it with you as a Local Guide. Visiting San Francisco for me would be wonderful firstly because it is the most gay friendly city and the place of the biggest gay pride march in the world, and secondly to be able to share my culture and my experiences with other Local Guides and learn things from them.
