It matters to me a lot when I help people reach new places specifically shops or new venues where people haven’t been there yet.
Every time I walk through the streets, I try to fetch for new places that have opened or that have lately renewed and also the ones that ended their businesses.
The most disappointing thing I guess is when someone using maps suddenly discovers that his/her destination has closed or no longer exists.
Usually, while I’m driving I stop by places that haven’t opened yet and ask what is that going to be & when will it open in order to know in advance to be able to spread out the news.
My aim is to also help these businesses to be present on Google maps and this will automatically help business owners improve their businesses and expand it.
The thing that makes me so excited is when I receive the monthly report and see the number of people who saw the pictures I’ve added or the reviews I’ve written.
It’s my pleasure when I’m writing a review of a 5-star place also being fair enough to give other people what they’re actually looking for so that they won’t be deceived by a place, shop or any restaurant.
I love traveling, it’s my nature & this makes me use Google maps as well with full trust the same way as me helping others too. I’m also trying to present reviews that will help my Arab society from an Arabian perspective that suits them best.
