“Why you should join and become a Local Guide”
Have you felt searching for an idea what to do on a Saturday night? Wouldn’t it be nice to know of a funky, unusual restaurant to visit in your town or even neighbouring communities and towns? Where is a trustworthy and credential car-workshop in your area? All the above question I had numerous times and there was simple no guidance available. Until I discovered Maps. WoW. It was like living in a different world; exactly what I needed to know I found on Google Map. But there were still some questions who remained unanswered, so I decided very much out of the spur of the moment to join and become a Local Guide. It is such a rewarding feeling knowing that my reviews are getting noticed, acknowledged and because of the immense views I received I realised the importance of giving exact reviews to places I went to, eat-outs, places of interests, businesses etc and then, after a while I started posting pictures which was incredible. Noticing that so many people turning to us Local Guides for guidance and help like I did when I discovered Maps – well – it is incredible to be part of such an awesome movement and by doing so, you, myself and all others are a great source for hundreds, thousands and millions of people out there who appreciating our and hopefully your input in form of a review about your experience of wherever you went to. Isn’t that alone rewarding enough to become part of Local Guide? Don’t waste time but give your time back to other people and communities who are looking for ideas on a Saturday night, who want to surprise their loved ones with an outing to a funky, unusual restaurant or refer the great service received by a small, individual workshop who fixed your car as good as any huge dealership just with one difference, and this might be the price involved.
Below is a link to one of my reviews about a popular restaurant in a neighbouring community. During the pandemic all restaurants are on Lock-Down in South Africa. We pray that many businesses especially in the hospitality sector will survive the economical impact and pick up their businesses with great enthusiasm once the current challenging and disastrous time will be over. https://goo.gl/maps/mDo2GfRtAtfLQEVA7
One of the most viewed and favourite pictures I posted on Maps is the following one with over 247.466,00 views. It is just awesome to see so many people were on the search for this restaurant and could have a proper view of how the set up of the restaurant looks like it before deciding to visit the local unique restaurant.
