This program added some kind of flavor, some kind of spiciness (since I’m Mexican haha) to my life. This program also made me change the way I looked at things, change my perspective, to be less judgmental and more objective. To be more aware of the the places and the huge city where I live in. To pay attention to places I didn’t even know they existed and I was passing by them everyday. Changed the way I was looking at my city and eventually made me pay attention in all those small places that sometimes are barely noticeable. As crazy as it sounds made me view things in a better and positive way.
Then, knowing that I was able to contribute and share another thing that I enjoy a lot, which is photography. I became even more excited. That feeling of sharing experiences, pictures or some kind of knowledge or advice that can eventually can help others. That makes me happy and makes me feel good. And the idea of having a global community and that you can know people from all around the world and meet new people, discover new cultures or just learn and share new things. That makes local guides an amazing program that I hope can make the world more positive and a better place to live and share all together as human beings.
