What does the Local Guides program mean to me?

Google Local Guide program gives people a lot of opportunities, like:
-Adding the new places;
-Giving the correct information about the places;
-Sharing the information about accessibility for the people with disabilities
-Adding reviews, where you can share your opinion with other people.

As for me the Local Guides program is an area of truth. While positive reviews can be bought by businessmen you always can find the truth on Google maps. That’s one of the most important thing that Local Guides do. There are the algorithms produced by Google for searching the spam and bot-reviews after finding delete them. Furthermore, the support team of the Google maps is tracking all of the reviews That’s why we consistently can see reviews from the real people. If someone was rude, your order was spoiled, there were non-sanitary conditions, you’d definitely write a review about that. People can read it and decide for themselves: is this place worth their time and expectations? And business’ owners should improve the service or discover something they didn’t pay attention to before.

All in all, Local Guide program for me is a area of truth: the ability to share the truth with people and keep in touch with community.
