Hi Local Guides, I am Felipe from Brazil.
For me, the Local Guides program means a lot, since I am a crew member (cruise ship) I use this tool almost every day when on board to get tips to help me learn about the next places/cities I am going to.
To keep the community updated, give my opinion about a place or business, and to help others like they helped me with their reviews on Maps, I really like to give my best in each review, giving detailed feedback and posting pictures as much as I can.
In my opinion, the Local Guides program is a tool to help and to be helped, just by sharing detailed opinion about our daily experiences on places and business.
