I became the part of Local Guides program since 3 years ago. Others local guides inspired me to started write my own posts. This program means for me help other people make easier their travel and kind of making new friends - with posting reviews other guides help me what to visit, where to eat, to go and now I am helping too. So there is some connections between us - travelers.
When I started to write reviews I just wanted to share my recommendations and I didn’t realize about how it can have influence. Now when I see how many views have my own recommendations, it is a good feeling that I’m doing something for others, that it is really helps. Now I’m trying to explore my own city/country and show to people how amazing places we have here, what they can explore during their stay.
Be part of Local Guides means to me get a help by exploring new places/cities; post pictures and videos of all places what I have visited, answer on questions about services, clarify details of facilities. I want for others know about amazing places, where they can get a good coffee, visit a lovely restaurant, what hotel they can choose. I like to help others make their decisions easier.
