Local Guides program is the best advisor I know. I always place reviews in this program, which to me looks more convenient than TripAdvisor or similar services. I like convenient map the most, working almost in every cornver of the world. Where ever I am, I use Google Maps and check reviews. I saw so many beautiful places thanks to this program. Local Guides has really changed my travel experience and I want to give it back as much as I can. Placing a review on google maps is commong thing for me. In most cases I don’t have enough time or just don’t have too much of impression and then I just rate place giving it a specific number of stars. This is also important, especially when choosing restraunts I always look for 4.0 and above rating. But if something impresses me much in a good or a bad way - I always give it a small review, to share my experience. I hope that it might help other people.
Being a Local Guide is a nice feeling. I am glad to be one of millions in this community and I hope it continues to develop. Before I started posting I never understood how many people use it. When I posted a picture of a local restaurant, I never thought that thousands of people will watch it. I never knew so many people eat there and search it on google maps. Thank you for this service!
