Hello to all the Local guides, I’m Leonardo and i’m coming from the high quality catering sector. I want to tell you a story about food & beverage :
I was visiting the Franzhass winery and the owner told me that he was the first in Italy in 2007 to introduce the screw cap for life in wine bottles. No more corks for both white and red wines. A choice also dictated by the fact that there is no longer and will no longer hesitate the ancient and perfectionist cork of the past. From this year will start both Magnums and Jeroboams of his collection with screw cork. A challenge that no one has yet made in Italy, who knows how it will go.
And what do you local guides think? Are you attracted by wines without the cork?
Thank you all
Leonardo
