Considering the fact that the internet was not as developed as it is now a few years back,it has made the world a global village.Being a local guide means that I have a chance to have fun,go about my activities and help others get by at the same time.I am a big fan of google maps and it has helped me personally a while back when I applied for jobs at different companies,being called for interviews and having to commute using public transport in Nairobi Kenya (which by the way is a recipe for disaster). The local guide program brings people from all over the world,big and small,black and white,young and old to work together and build something larger/bigger than we are.It is a fact that millions of people rely on our contributions in order to decide where to go and what to do.That is enough motivation at its’ best.
