The local Guides Program means a lot to me. I left my country (Senegal) in 2016 for professional reason. I went to another country (Côte d’Ivoire) and I didn’t know anything about it. At the beginning, I was totally lost. My first reaction was to be every time on google maps app to find my way or to discover new places to visit. So I have discovered the local guides program that way and it really helped me to discover a wonderful country, a rich culture and marvelous people. On the one hand, it helped me to discover and in the other hand, it was my way to help others to live the positive things that I have experienced during 3 years. At the end, I could say that I knew Abidjan very well, because I was curious to discover new places. If I helped someone in the world to find his or her way, to live a positive experience or avoid a bad one, it’s a delicious satisfaction.
