Being a vegetarian, the Local Guides program is my safe way to find and share places where I can find nutritious and delicious food and drinks. You might think this is something pretty simple, but when you visit places like Japan, China or even my current home town, Mexico, you would be surprise to see how few restaurants and bars are offering vegetarian food, and even worst, are totally aware of what’s on their food.
