Now I want to tell you what it means to me to be a Local Guide.
Having become a Local Guide, I learned not only to dream of seeing the sights of the world, but also to appreciate the place where I am now, to notice more around me, to be interested not only in the distant and not accessible yet, but also in what is nearby. I began to love the city in which I live stronger than before, to learn more about him and tell the townspeople and guests.
It became possible for me because I became part of big and friendly family of Local Guides.
Therefore, as a romantic nature, I will say that to be a Local Guide - it is story about love. About love for their own and foreign cities, love for discoveries, love for the new and unknown, love for the old and forgotten and love for people. Feel the power of this love!
