The Local Guides program is not so well known in my city. Previously, I have not met a service that allows you to publish reviews and they are reflected on the map. It was necessary to search for the city separately, write reviews separately. And if you were in an unfamiliar city, you could not see what is next to you and choose the best place to visit. Therefore, for me, the Local Guides program means that I can quickly find what interests me, cafes, hotels, interesting places to visit in the area where I live or where I arrived not so long ago.
It is also a great chance to prove myself, to show what I like most in my city. If I look at another city, I can find there not only a beautiful or popular place, but also choose facilities near it, see what they look like, what to pay attention to, call or write a question to the owner. I like to visit new places, see cities, sights, monuments, try new tastes in cafes, meet new people.
It’s easy for me to plan my visit if I use maps and lists. I also hope that the information I post will one day help someone plan their trip, and maybe this will be the beginning of a new friendship.
