What does the Local Guides program mean to me 2020? by Julia But Ukraine, Odessa

Hello, everyone!

My name is Julia and I’m Local Guide (level 5) from Odessa, Ukraine.

There are 7 reasons why I fell in love with Google Local Guides…and staying desperately in love as for now :slightly_smiling_face:

  1. I love sharing my experience with reviews, photos and videos

  2. I love knowing people’s experiences as well

  3. I love to discover new places

  4. I feel really comfortable when I know so the restaurant I’m going to has these prices, this cuisine and this atmosphere

  5. It’s good that we can find dog-friendly places by means of Google Local Guides Program

  6. I really appreciate the diversity this program can boast: you can look up not just for cafes or restaurants, but for parks and other attractions

  7. The last but surely not the least — Google Maps and Google Local Guides both work as a telephone book so I always have a handy tool where I can check everything from telephonenumber to the atmoshpere of this or that place

I’d really like to meet some local guides from Odessa. Are you guys here? Let’s share our experience! Even though we are on carantine, still we can do it online.
