- Hi Local Guides and moderators, I am feeling privileged and highly distinguished while writing my thoughts on this adventurous, knowledgeable and vibrant programme called Local Guides Programme, it means and worked as personal growth, education and public service at large to me.
- I am using Google Maps for quite some time however, came to know about local guides programme in 2018, initially I could not understand the full concept of programme until recently when I crossed level 5 and received email about Connect live 2020. I realized during this whole period that with a little practical understanding of my surroundings at a given time and location, I can be of immense help to many other citizens of the world around.

- My favourite activity being local guide is map editing and adding new places on google maps, by doing this I educate people about their favourite places another important aspect of adding places on google maps is the fact that local small businesses are seen increased business after reviews about their places on google maps, which is a great service I believe.
- I love the way local guides programme is progressing. The monthly email sent to me by the programme giving breakdown of all my contributions excites me at the core and motivates me to do more quality contributions on maps to keep this programme moving forward in a competitive and informative environment. It gives me great peace of mind when I see that thousands of people are benefiting from the contributions I made to the google maps.
- I believe local guides programme is playing very important role in my personal growth, photography, video making, writing reviews etc requires certain degree of skill level, I am pleased that google maps is providing every type of practical educational resource for local guides to equip themselves with necessary skills and knowledge to perform their functions up to the mark.
- I got an excellent chance to shine above skills for betterment of myself and people of world at large. Local guides programme is a great educational movement to me and I really feel proud to have joined this great cause. Looking forward to be friends with all those great people of connect live 2020 who made this all happen and shared their knowledge with upcoming local guides around the world. #LocalGuides #LetsGuide
