I had so much fun through the years I have been a local guider. As crazy as it may sound, I started this journey as a bet to myself, I was curious of what would happen if I just post photos on google maps or write a review to places I was visiting. Four years later, I have guided more than 3 million people world wide on google maps and this is out of my world (never thought I would be that popular). I get excited and motivated when people reach out to me and ask me information of particular place they plan to visit.
Being a local guider means a lot to me and honestly, it has changed some branches in my life not that I only visit places for just some fun, I now visit places to meditate and help others know more about the places. I make sure, I am transparent when it comes to reviews and comment so I do not misguide others or my fellow local guider.
Being a local guider has also showed me how people depend or rely on each other, how businesses wants to improve their services for the better, how beautiful our planet is.
Being a local guider has taught me how to manage things in life, for example instead of playing videos games for hours and hours, I can use that time and go to a place that I have not been before, while there I can explore, learn and have a little walk. I have also learned how to take care of things that surrounds me, even if its a little thing that makes me a superhero knowing I am taking care of the planet.
Being a local guider, is like being a Spiderman or Batman because I know I am helping others learn, explore hence it brings joy to my heart.
