What shall I have for lunch today?

Today I will introduce a cheap and hearty lunch!
1.The cheap and delicious staple is the student cafeteria!
Cheap cafeterias are the standard.
There are many universities in Fukuoka, but I recommend Seinan Gakuin University.
It is possible for the general public to enter here, the elderly are more at ease, and there are regular families with small children.
Sukiyaki-style stewed chicken. Isobe fried fish sausage.
It looks good and has unexpected volume.
There is another reason why I introduced Seinan Gakuin University.
Because there are two historic sights.
The first is Defense Walls Against Mongol Invasions.
Most of them were built by 1281, and it seems that the Mongolian and Koryo army could not land at all from the base.
You can actually see it.
Soldiers in heavy armor, about 2m high, would have had a hard time getting over this, and it’s speculated that it would have been hard to build.

2.The market cafeteria is cheap!
Fukuoka faces the Sea of Japan, so you can imagine delicious fish and seafood, so many people would imagine a fish market.
This time we focused on the meat market.
You can also eat reasonably priced curry rice, lunch and steak.
Recommended for those who want to eat a lot of meat!
3.Public facilities such as government offices are cheap!
Prefectural offices and city halls can be eaten at reasonable prices.
It seems that there are places where you can also eat local cuisine, which is one of the lunch spots where you can enjoy local ingredients and seasonings.
Dining is also enjoyable at the police station, one of the public facilities.
The police station is full of volume.
It is a standard in Japanese criminal dramas to offer “Katsudon” during the interrogation.
The Fukuoka Minami Police Department cafeteria does not usually serve katsudon.
This day’s daily lunch is a tonkatsu set meal. You can change the rice.

今日のランチは何にしよう？
行きつけのレストラン？近場でお弁当？
今日は安くてボリュームのあるランチを紹介します！
1.安くて美味しいの定番は学生食堂
大学の食堂は安いのが定番です。
福岡市には多くの大学がありますが、オススメは西南学院大学。
ここは一般の人も自由に入れ、ご年配の方がくつろいでいたり、小さなお子さんを連れた常連の家族もいるようです。
和定食460円。
すき焼き風の鶏肉の煮込み料理。ちくわの磯辺揚げ。
見た目もよく意外にボリュームもあります。
西南学院大学を紹介した理由は別にあります。
歴史的な観光スポットが2つあるからです。
1つは元寇防塁。
1281年までに大半が構築され、防塁があるところからはモンゴル・高麗軍は一切上陸することが出来なかったそうです。
実際に見ることができます。
高さ2mほど、重い鎧を着た兵士たちはこれを乗り越えるのはとても困難だったでしょう、またこれを作り上げるのも大変だったと推測されます。

2.市場の食堂は安い！
福岡は日本海に面しているので美味しい魚介類が食べられるということで、魚市場を想像される方が多いでしょう。
今回は食肉市場にスポットを当てました。
お手頃な価格のカレーライスやランチ、ステーキも食べられます。
肉がたくさん食べたい人にはおすすめです！
3.役所などの公共施設は安い！
県庁や市役所はお手頃価格で食べられます。
ご当地料理も食べられるところもあるそうですが、地元の食材や味付けを楽しめるランチスポットのうちの1つです。
公共施設のうちの1つである警察署で食事も趣があります。
警察署はボリュームたっぷりです。
日本の刑事ドラマでは取調べ中に「カツ丼」を提供するのが定番です。
福岡県南警察署の食堂は普段カツ丼を提供していません。
この日の日替わりランチはとんかつ定食。ご飯もおかわりできます。
ここ以外にも福岡県警警察本部も食事ができます。
この建物は日本を代表する建築家の1人、黒川紀章さんの作品です。
余談。
警察署食堂ファンは食事に行くことを「出頭」と言うそうです。
