At first I would want to say Google is playing an outstanding role in gathering the information, even a minimal level of information from anyone accross the Globe.
I like the local guide program because I enjoy writing about a place. There are 2 ways I look at it. Share information that I have which will help others an vice-versa. I started enjoying writing each an Everytime I got notification from Google. Its helping me as well in terms of refining the way I write comments about a place.
