What counts for "Does this place delivers?"

When answering the “Does this place delivers?” question, do you answer “Yes” if you can get it delivered by 3rd-parties like Uber Eats, Skip, Doordash, etc.? Or does the place need to have its own delivery service?

I mean, there is a way to get the food from there delivered, but the restaurant itself is not delivering (you can’t get delivery if you call or go on their website).

This is a very good question and it will be interesting to know what others will say.

My catch is as long as there is any form of delivery I’ll click yes. Third party or the delivery of the place itself delivery is delivery. Some POIs don’t deliver at all.
