I used to work at a high end cafe that provided a world renown experience and service. But internally there was hostility and harassment. I took pictures of the beautiful elements of the shop and it’s neighborhood and talked about it in my Google Local Guides post. So to me, local guides mean perspective. And that is invaluable.
