i want to know about the new badges started by Google ?

No new badges are introduced in Maps in 2020 yet.

You can post a suggestion in the idea exchange to do so.

Nevertheless, on Connect three badges are introduced in the current year. One for the Connect live applicants and that one time gesture. Two more are for arranging meet-ups. You can try for these.

Then create a message like any normal post. Select the name of recipient by typing @ first and then slowly the Connect name. That will preserve your privacy.
