The POI label pointed by you is editable.
You can add the Bangla translation yourself.
To do that, you have two options.
1. On the phone.
If you are using English as the default language, then add Bangla & make that default.
Once you open Maps and go to the edit screen, that will show you a place holder for the Bangla name.
2. On a desktop.
Change the language to Bangla through settings & then edit the POI.
Then wait for the edit to get approved.
Usually, local language name additions have a high rate of success and one can get an approval instantaneously.
You can repeat the above steps, making Hindi or Arabic as your language.
However, I suggest not to do so. Let Maps have English & local language entries only.
Nevertheless, you can not edit an area or city name. For that you need using the send feedback option only.
