What does this program violate policy of Connect rules?

Thanks for tagging me here. As you suggested, I moved your question to the How-tos board, since it wasn’t related to the thread you commented.
About the message you send to new members of the community: sharing helpful information with them and making them feel welcomed is appreciated but please keep also in mind that we should always be genuine and our interactions should always be thoughtful and personal, for that reason we should refrain from copy-pasting the same message over and over to anyone, that could be considered spam.

When someone new post on a topic I keep a note of the topic and send these messages.

As I wrote earlier, sending the same message over and over to all new members can be considered spam and it should be avoided.
Is good that you want to interact with newcomers and make them feel welcomed while sharing interesting information but please do not forward the same text to all of them. Thanks.
Try to help and/or cheer on newcomers’ efforts rather than pouring so much information their way. Try only sharing links that are really relevant and not just a whole lot of links.
