But since I live in the beautiful city of St.Petersburg, I made many and many photos in Peter as local people called Saint-Petersburg. And as informed me Google Maps the most viewed my photos are photos of St.Petersburg.
St.Petersburg is the second largest city in Russia (after Moscow) and is called the cultural capital of Russia, it was founded by Russian Tsar Peter the Great more than 300 years ago and was the capital of the Russian Empire for a long time. There are many cultural and historical sights in St. Petersburg, such as the Peter and Paul Fortress, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral, the Russian Museum and others.
The highlight of St. Petersburg are the bridges in the period of white nights.
The best time to visit St. Petersburg is from the beginning of May to the end of the summer.
