We are food (or why I love food)

They say we are what we eat. Far from metaphors that couldn’t be more true. Our muscles, brain, heart, and liver need energy to work. This energy comes from the food we eat. Our bodies digest the food we eat by mixing it with enzymes (and acids). That creates sugar, which gives us the energy to live, breath and be what we are.

Having worked for 6 years in some of the 50 Best Restaurants in the World (all of them with Michelin Stars) and collaborated with the best chefs, I learned through their mind the appreciation of seasons, flavours and passion. That drives me every day to taste and enjoy the best food I can discover, the most fresh ingredients and the people who put love in what they create.

Being a Google Guide, helps me to show the people my passion: culinary treats. I am trying to discover the best in London (or anywhere I travel), the most honest, fresh, beautiful, awesome creations. I am constantly in the last months on the top 15% of London Food Google Guides – and I am vvveeerrryy proud of that!

Food is everywhere in this city. Everywhere in our lives. After a break-up, a sad event, a melancholic book, a wedding, or a baby, in every face of the city. In the main streets, in the Michelin Restaurants, in the small hidden alleys around Chinatown, in South London, behind old windows of warehouses, that are now giving birth to personal, small spots, this city breaths with food. Flavours are coming from literally all over the world: Americas, Africa, Asia even Australia!

In every step you make, you can discover a new sense. Where is the best dish though? Truly, the one which is made with the most special ingredients, with real love and most importantly shared, with a loved one. And I am definitely here to share them with you
