There are many ways to reach out to Google to have your questions answered.
Google Account Help
If you have a Gmail account, you will automatically have a Google Account and you can go here to get help directly from Google https://myaccount.google.com/support - this is to find information specifically about your Google Account, not where to go to dinner tonight!
Google Search
You can also do a Google Search at https://www.google.com or an Advanced Google Search at https://www.google.com.au/advanced_search
Google Image Search
If you need to find where an image is located online, you can do a Google Image Search at https://www.google.com/imghp You can upload an image by clicking on the camera.
Google Reviews
If you are interested in looking at Google Reviews for a location, you can either look at general reviews provided by Google Account Holders or you can specifically seek out the Google Reviews provided by a Google Local Guide.
Google Local Guides
If you would like to become a Google Local Guide, you can join at https://maps.google.com/localguides and possibly earn points and perks!
Whilst you are reading other peoples’ reviews, it might be a good time to think about adding some reviews of your own! There are a lot of people who only write a review when something ‘bad’ has happened and this has the potential to destroy a business, even one that has many happy customers or clients.
If you do have a bad experience, I encourage you to speak to the enterprise first and then if it is not resolved satisfactorily within a reasonable time frame, then you can provide an accurate write up later to warn other future visitors.

Sharing Ideas
Once you become a Google Local Guide, you can also make suggestions to Google using the Idea Exchange at https://www.localguidesconnect.com/t5/Idea-Exchange/ct-p/IdeaExchange
I hope you find this information helpful!
