This place is somewhere on Gramphu-batal-kaza road ( Himachal Pradesh). This is a national highway by the way. This route remains closed during entire winter season.
This image was captured on 27th of june 2018 & still the mountains can be seen seen covered with snow.

Where does the road go finally? Did you travel there?

This road heads towards keylong → kishtwar. I took a turn towards rohtang pass actually.
I will be visiting spiti again in june or July again, so will try to explore these areas & will post some pictures from there.
