Wax Museum: The Panoptikum

Last October I have travelled to Hamburg, Germany. Hamburg is a port city in northern Germany, it is a beautiful city and famous for art and museums. I have visited a few places in the city while i was in Hamburg; today I will share my experiences about a wax museum that i was visited.

The Panoptikum is an oldest wax museum, located in the center of the Hamburg city, Germany. Although the museum is small in size but full of varieties of collections; there are many historical features figures, modern celebrities, and politicians from Germany, UK and Europe.

The audio tour guide option is available in different languages, so anyone can change the language from the audio tour set and can learn about a features.

They are very impressive collections and they look like alive, so I hope everyone will enjoy visiting the museum.

The entry ticket is required, so you can buy a ticket by pay in cash or Card; anyone can also buy a ticket in advance from online. Not accessible for wheelchair users except the ground floor.

Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday, closed on Sunday

Ticket: Starting from $10+

Thank you so much for your comment and showing interest @IamJoseFelixAranda

Unfortunately, I don’t know all German famous persons, anyway are you talking about Adolf Hitler? if yes then he is missing except his name.

I haven’t seen Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the museum.

@AbdullahAM Bhaia, It is a really great museum. I also want to see with my own eyes, I don’t know if I will ever have a chance. But your trip was very enjoyable.

Thank you for this report! Was wondering whether it would be worth visiting. Usually museums in Hamburg and Berlin are “crowdy” and noisy. How was it at the Panoptikum?
