Watermelon Peel Halwa : In India, Halwa is very popular and made with various types as per the are we are living in. In North India, Halwa made with Wheat Atta is very popular and very famous because its served in Holy places like Gurudwara all among India and known as “Kadah Prasad”.
In South India, Halwa is made with Sooji/Rava/Semolina.
But today i am sharing with you another type of Halwa which is made of Watermelon peel and its really delicious.

We usually prepare it with flour, butter and for the syrup sugar and water. Of course, people can make it using different ingredients. There are variety of recipes, I am sharing only the simple one.

Thanks @GNaz for you time, Yes in our area we too made Halwa with Wheat Flour, Ghee and Hot water but this is very new for us as well and we liked thus thought to share with our LG friends as well.
