I want to report a popular business which has been claimed by spammers. Please review and make the changes necessary. I visited it on my last Thailand tour.
Please remove “Real Leather shop” from the Thai name field. Also, revoke the verification status as this clearly shows that it is not claimed by other business in SPAM.
The original name in English should be: 6 No Sector Kacha Bazar. And revoke the verification status as this clearly shows that this is claimed by another business as SAPM.
Notes on these SPAMs: This has been a common phenomenon in recent days. Spammers are claiming established listing by changing the name and other details. This is giving bad experience to the original business as well as the general Maps users. I think the team should do something to stop this.
I know that @DeniGu is happy to always help us, but this is an issue that should be reported in the GMB Community
In addition you can use the Business Redressal Complaint Form to report to GMB “misleading information or fraudulent activity on Google Maps related to the name, phone number, or URL of a business”
@ErmesT Frankly speaking I didn’t find the GMB community as helpful as Connect. I didn’t know about the Business Redressal Complaint Form. I will use this from now. Thank you for guiding me to this.

As @ErmesT said, it’s best to address Google My Business issues in their official Help Community or flag malicious activities via the redressal form. For this reason, I’m going to mark his response as the solution.
