Hello everyone, Hope you guys we doing great. Even though I am not being as much active as I was previously but I always try to keep eye on Connect to see what’s going on. And editing Maps and keeping another eye on Google Maps for spam has been my habit since 2011.

I want to report a popular business which has been claimed by spammers. Please review and make the changes necessary.

AmarShopping.com is just an eCommerce company that has fraudulently claimed the Google Maps listing of Eastern Mollika Shopping Complex. If you still search using “Eastern Mollika Shopping Complex” you will see that this listing shows up. So I want you to revoke the claimed status of the listing and removing other information and merge with the “Eastern Mollika Shopping Complex”'s new listing here https://goo.gl/maps/cXvwEFPPUsxU1h7S9

What needs to be done: Please evoke the claimed status of the listing and removing other information and merge it with the “Eastern Mollika Shopping Complex”'s new listing mentioned above.

Notes on these SPAMs: This has been a common phenomenon in recent days. Spammers are claiming established listing by changing the name and other details. This is giving a bad experience to the original business as well as the general Maps users. I think the team should do something to stop this.

Would you kindly add information on what you have done so far to solve this problem and what the results were?

Also, did you report the same issue in the Maps support forum. This is where such issues are normally dealt with.

Hit the Community tap at the top and make a post. You need to attach or link to official documentation supporting the change you are proposing.
