The building must belong to or at least be managed by someone. How do you know the entity that claimed the Maps entry isn’t them? Their responses seem appropriate and civil to reviews. Why do you have a concern here @Aashutoshkumarbhar ?

True, their are many places on maps which are owner and operated by government and people have claimed them for no reason. This could really lead to scams at times. even their are many entries of ATMs, banks etc which are made in sea which is kilometres away from any land how is that even possible to check it I used satelite view and found nothing. Their are many people who just spam entries on maps.
Please know that checking street view is not sufficient to determine if a business exists or not. You need personal insight/experience. Street view is often older and changes can happen quickly.
