How do YOU participate?
- Set a daily goal for a number of steps to complete each day
- Provide the number of steps you completed via THIS FORM
- You can enter the data any way you want. You can enter every day or roll up a couple of days or a week. Example:
- If you have a goal each day of 5000 steps and you are entering for 3 days?
- Goal steps per day: The goal you would provide would be 15,000
- Number of steps on date of walk: Provide the total number of steps for the 3 days
- If you have a goal each day of 5000 steps and you are entering for 3 days?
- You can enter the data any way you want. You can enter every day or roll up a couple of days or a week. Example:
- Periodically share some photos from your walks on the weekly challenge post
- With location and possibly some information about it
- I’ll pick one of the shared photos every week and make it the cover photo for the next week!
What I will do!
- Post a weekly challenge summary of the information YOU provided via THE FORM EVERY MONDAY!
