Well, we had a big family trip a few years ago, and we had the opportunity to stay at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.
What’s nice about this lodge is it’s very secluded and in its own little world.
Tips
The staff here is very accommodating. We were in a situation where we needed a microwave, and we didn’t have one in our room, but the staff went out of their way to get one for us.
If you need something for your room, and you think that they may not have it, the best thing to do is to call the front desk and ask, you never know.
If you’re looking to go into the Banff area it’s about a 1-hour drive away.
If you have the opportunity to try the breakfast, I had the blueberry pancakes and it was really good. Not sure what the exact name was on the menu.
