Dziki Wodospad

Dziki wodospad w Karpaczu, niewątpliwie jedna z urokliwszych atrakcji tego miasta. Przy dolnej stacji wyciągu na Kopę, na szczycie ostrego zakrętu jest wejście do lasku. A za nim kryje się jakże urokliwy wodospad. Wodospad ten jest na niewielkiej rzece Łomnica, która dzięki dużemu spadkowi (927m na długości niespełna 19 km) potrafi być bardzo kłopotliwa. Ma swój początek na wysokości 1407 m n.p.m. niedaleko równi pod Śnieżką.

Karpacz – miasto wypoczynkowe w Karkonoszach. Województwo dolnośląskie, powiat jeleniogórski. Miasto u podnóża Śnieżki (najwyższego szczytu Karkonoszy1602m n.p.m) i z tą górą najbardziej jest kojarzone. Karbacz ma dużą bazę noclegową i stanowi dobre miejsce startowe wielu górskich szlaków turystycznych.

Thanks for sharing these stunning photographs! Could you share with us a bit more about your photography technique and what camera you’ve used in this photos to achieve the beautiful long exposure in the water?

It makes the photos become really magical and the place for sure is pretty beautiful. What a beautiful spot to take a break and enjoy. Do you often visit this waterfall?

@DanniS Thank you for your interest. It is very nice to me. I am currently using the SONY A77 MkII camera. Luckily for those photos it was grayish and setting ISO to 50 and closing the aperture on the first F14 photo gave me a shutter speed of 6 seconds and on the second F22 13 seconds. Other photos in the post on my site were also prepared in HDR technique to be able to interfere with the exposure time even more.

I try to show the beauty of Poland with my child and we are in the Karkonosze Mountains every year. We visit new places, but there are also ones to which we return …

@YiniYang Thanks for the information. I never learned how to do long exposure photography. The waterfall is really beautiful. Is it close by to where you live or did you travel long to get there?

@DanniS We live about 300 km from the Giant Mountains, but every year we try to choose at least once in these areas

Pozdrowionka z UK. Dziękuję za świetne ujęcia znanych i lubianych przeze mnie miejsc. Mieszkając w Jeleniej Górze każdego roku przynajmniej raz udawałam się na Śnieżkę. Różnymi trasami oczywiście. Zawsze też trafiałam w gorące dni pod ten dziki wodospad.
