Was ist in einem Lokal erlaubt und was ist nicht erlaubt zu Fotografieren.

Was ist in einem Lokal…….
Diese Frage stelle ich mir jedes mal bevor, ich in einem Lokal betrete.Man möchte ja keine Probleme mit dem Inhaber, Geschäftsführer, Personal oder Gästen haben.
Eine Kritik ist, ja nicht immer Gut, aber eine Kritik muss ja nicht immer Böse sein.

Grundsätzlich gilt in einem Lokal das Hausrecht d.h. der Inhaber kann das Fotografieren verbieten (machen die wenigsten) also bei Fotos die ich von dem Lokal veröffentlichen möchte (nicht die Außenansicht) würde ich nachfragen. Natürlich kannst du einfach drauf los knipsen aber das ist eine Grau Zone.
Ich habe auch schon Bilder veröffentlicht wurde aber auch schon gebeten Bilder wieder raus zu nehmen.
Was auf jedenfall kritisch zu sehen ist sind Personen auf den Fotos!.

It might be a good idea to ask the people in charge if they are ok with photographing and what in their place. After all every cafe or restaurant could be aiming for their own atmosphere and ways.
