Visiting Australia : school partnership

I felt so thrilled when visiting Healesville Sanctuary back in February 2020 with our fellow Australian teacher Jeanette and my school principal Ibu Tatik. It was part of our Australian-sponsored school visit program.

Healsville is a such large forest area to preserve Australia native animals such as koala, kangaroo, wallaby, tasmanian devils and many others.

We were enchanted with this spectacular and awesome preservation area. The forest is lush with varied vegetation and the animals are so friendly roaming the areas.

The eagle show was extremely fabulous. We got so closed with them doing amazing flight performance.

I recommend visiting Healesville for anyone who wish to get the best feel of Australia natural life.

This is Stamford Park where we had tea and snack time in a bakery nearby. I felt energized when visiting the place. It is a terrific place to socialize with friends.

Hello Pak Budi,

Thank you for your feedback. I have pinpointed the location of Healesville Sanctuary on Google Maps.

The wooden statue in first photo is that of Australian wild goose and platypus. Platypus is unique being the only mammal that lay eggs.
