Due to the pandemic corona virus outbreak in the nations, tourism is at stake but as a local guide and a tour guide as usual I urge all tourist visiting Ghana 2020 and beyond to try this one of our local dish ( Banku ) . Banku is one of the local dishes in Ghana with its origination from the coastal part of Ghana . It’s made up of corn dough and cassava dough . After preparation you can choose to eat with whatever sauce you want , like hot pepper , tomato sauce or whatever in addition of sardine or fish.
